Please more of this! I am roundaboutly finding my journaling practice and this is so encouraging. I can be a bit of a "gear head" -- more excited to buy the supplies than stick to a method. And my neurodivergence manifests as craving, creating, then sabotaging the very structures that keep me grounded.
oh and not sure if you had spotted or not, but Ryder the guy who invented bullet journal method did so to help himself with his ADHD... I don't know what my own weirdnesses would be described as, HSP is the closest I've found to date, but I definitely find it therapeutic in terms of quietening the noise in my brain a LOT and also helping me harness my anstiness into actually creating or achieving some stuffs, or at the very least when im not in quite so productive a phase, keep an eye on what it is that matters so I dont dwell in stuff that isnt serving me well for too long.
Thank you so much for your comment! I'm currently procrastinating a tad on starting some YouTube videos on this topic, but I will dive in shortly I promise hehe, so yes thank you so much I do intend to both write and also record more about ikigai journaling as it is ultimately the DOING and practice/method part of my thinking on this topic currently and I need to move more from theory into tangible ideas and how they work out etc. 😍
Love this so so much, I'd love to hear how you get on if you do give it a try and what you find hardest and stuff as I'm going to make some YouTube vids about journaling for Ikigai 😍
And there it is! Sarah, I would like to reference your post as part of my journaling series.
I'd love that, thank you so much Carol. Let me know if you need anything further from me!

I love the idea of using a physical notebook as a break from screens 🙌
Glad that resonated Lisa and thank you so much for your comment 😍
